Renato Vega believes Chelsea fans should not panic after failing to win in two pre-season friendlies.
- Chelsea began their pre-season campaign with a 2-2 draw at Wrexham before losing 4-1 to Glasgow Celtic.
- Vega only joined from FC Basel this summer and has only played once, in the defeat to Celtic.
Chelsea new boy Renato Vega believes the club’s fans should not panic. After the Blues failed to win in their last two pre-season games.
“In football you want to win every game, especially when you’re a team like Chelsea, you want to win every game. But we’re only in pre-season now,” said Vega. Who just joined from FC Basel.

Ask why he signed for Chelsea, the 20-year-old added: “How can you say no to Chelsea? For me, they are the biggest club in England. They have a very ambitious project, not just for the present but for the future. The most important thing now is the present and I am very happy to be here.”
